Welcome to Central Tinting. By requesting a quote, booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Central Tinting provides professional automotive, residential and commercial window tinting services throughout Perth and surrounding areas. All installations are completed using quality window films and professional installation techniques.

2. Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer.

• Additional charges may apply if the vehicle, property or glass differs from the original information provided.

• Quotes may change if additional work is requested.

3. Bookings

• Booking dates and times are subject to availability.

• We recommend customers provide a clean vehicle or ensure work areas are accessible before our arrival.

• If weather, safety concerns or unsuitable working conditions prevent installation, Central Tinting reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.

4. Mobile Installations

As a mobile service, we require a suitable installation environment.

For vehicle tinting this generally includes:

• An enclosed garage, workshop or undercover area.

•  Protection from rain, excessive wind and dust.

•  Adequate lighting and working space.

• Access to a powerpoint

If suitable conditions are unavailable, your booking may need to be rescheduled.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including electronic payment and card facilities where available.

Late payments may incur additional collection costs where permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change.

We kindly ask customers to provide as much notice as possible if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require a booking deposit before future work is scheduled.

7. Existing Window Tint

Removal of existing window tint carries inherent risks.

While every reasonable care is taken, Central Tinting cannot be held responsible for damage caused by:

• Existing aftermarket film.

• Previously damaged demister elements.

• Aged or deteriorated adhesive.

• Defective glass.

• Existing scratches or damage hidden beneath old tint.

Vehicles fitted with old, damaged or unknown window films may require additional labour charges.

8. Drying & Curing

Following installation it is normal for:

• Small water pockets.

• Light haze.

• Minor distortion.

These are part of the normal curing process and generally disappear as the film cures.

Customers should avoid operating windows for approximately 48 hours after installation unless advised otherwise.

Full curing times vary depending on weather conditions.

9. Warranty

Central Tinting installs premium window films backed by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.

• Deliberate damage.

• Improper cleaning.

• Scratches caused after installation.

• Damage caused by seat belts, sharp objects or pets.

• Glass breakage.

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment where required.

10. Residential & Commercial Glass

Certain glass types may not be suitable for every window film.

Central Tinting will recommend suitable products wherever possible.

Customers remain responsible for advising us of any known specialty glazing including but not limited to:

• Double glazing

• Laminated glass

• Low-E glass

• Decorative glass

Where glass specifications cannot be confirmed, installation proceeds at the customer's acceptance.

11. Legal Window Tint

Customers are responsible for ensuring any requested automotive window tint complies with Western Australian laws.

Where customers request non-standard installations, Central Tinting reserves the right to decline the work.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Central Tinting's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective workmanship or products supplied by us.

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure information published on our website is accurate, specifications, product information and pricing may change without notice.

Images displayed throughout this website are for illustrative purposes and may not represent every installation.

14. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and branding, remains the property of Central Tinting unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website or during the quoting process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We only collect information necessary to provide our services, communicate with customers and meet our legal obligations.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing contained within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.
